When running CCleaner I noticed the following files:
C:\Users\Dale\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\Valderrama.lnk 655 bytes
C:\Users\Dale\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\Valhalla Golf Club (Ryder Cup).lnk 755 bytes
C:\Users\Dale\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\Valhalla.lnk 645 bytes
C:\Users\Dale\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\Wailea Gold 08.lnk 675 bytes
C:\Users\Dale\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\Walker Flats.lnk 665 bytes
C:\Users\Dale\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\Walls && Fences.lnk 1,001 bytes
C:\Users\Dale\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\walls and stairs 08.lnk 1,021 bytes

Can anyone explain what they are and are they safe to delete? |

That is just a temp file of recent folders you have had open... just makes it a little faster to get back to it next time, unless you get too many of them..... Deleting them won't hurt anything....
You trying out a cleaning program?

Ooops...lol sorry, didn't see the top line where you said you were running CCleaner... lmao
Be careful with that one......it can do more than you want sometimes.... :(
But a VERY user friendly and safe one to use is ATF Cleaner by Atribune... :) |

Thanks for the prompt reply fedex, I've just checked out ATF Cleaner and from what I can see it only works with XP and not Vista? |
