I downloaded a couple courses for TW2008
now my computer is slow as sh-t or it

I would say that its probably coincidence. I dont know of any reason why a course download would affect overall system performance. I hesitate to recommend anything too specific. Check your hard disk space, run a system check. If you get a clean boot, back up any valuable files to an external or secondary drive and prepare to shop for parts, repairs, or... a whole new system... >-)

tip top shape only thing it missing is more memory

check the processes you have running,right click on the taskbar and open task manager,you will see alist of processes and how much memory they are using,if you dont know what they do,google the process.

The one thing it is missing (more memory) is generally the main cause for sluggish performance in video games besides an underpowered video card. Many custom designs push the game harder than anything EA puts out. It would be pretty hard to offer any advice without knowing more about when the performance is bad, system specs, etc.

Unfortunately, that Quattro card won't help a lot in video games. It's designed for use in heavy graphics applications, like engineering programs and the like........
