I was looking at Chimarea Des's post (New Courses & Congrats) and noticed the overhead layout view of Under The Volcano Course. Would like to know how and if there are anymore overhead views of other courses and how to get them? Just curious thanks.

That is up to the designer. You can only take decent overhead view like that from the CA file.

Here is a pic I had on my hard drive at work ... Liberty National.
