It looks like you do not have the .net extewnsions installed or updated to the correct version

Not sure if its that.

Looks like the text size is ALOT bigger than what I set it at. Do you have Optimized for Visually Impaired checked in your Windows XP Graphic Settings. Since the text size is enlarged the window had to be enlarged which made the background not fit. If that's an exact screen shot the program is about 25% larger than its original setting.
