Just wondering what was the water fix in 07. Did anyone create a special lib or what was done to get around this problem... |

Think it was create a pond and then add a small area inside that and drop ocean tex. from what I recall. |

So it is using two different texture for water. Regular and Ocean.
How did u drop the shapes, was it like water texture than 3 inch inside of that the ocean textures?
What was the best looking ocean texture to use? |

Pond and ocean textures -- I usually used St. Andrews.
Use pond as your water throughout the plot. Then drop a small shape of ocean somewhere on your plot -- hide it with bushes if you want. Then the pond texture will reflect. Guss is the one who discovered this work-around (to give credit where it's due). |

Ok tried this out with St. Andrews...Not really sure if this is the correct effect...This only works on the Very High Water setting. On High it doesnt refex at all. Is this correct? Is this what the water is supposed to look like?
