I didnt see one on their website which makes me believe that there isnt one available. If you call them, they may be able to send you a scorecard (;or course guide for a fee).

Hi, Thank you for doing Shoal Creek,i have wanting someone to do this course for ages.
I have attached a course layout that i found in the world atlas of golf,it is poor quality but should give you the layout information you need(you may need to zoom in on the picture to see the hole numbers).
The Shoal Creek Golf Club home page has a section with a description and a number of pictures of each hole.
