Make a text using your notebook program and save it in your course folder. set text in properties in course uitlities.

You can also copy text file of one of the stock courses, for example Boston stock course.
go to next ( default ) location:

C:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 08\Courses\BOS

inside folder BOS you will find BOS text file......copy this text file .....and paste the text file + custom logo + custom splash + custom course file in a new folder.
after that you can open the text file and edit text.

So now you will have folder with:

Coursefile
logo
splash
textfile

Zip the folder and install this zip file in TW08 with TWcaddie08 and you should see course + logo + splash + text in TW08 game
