Hello again, please how do you open up 08 logo template dds file, tried openning it up with psp, it will NOT bring it UP. I downloaded the pugin too. HELP

If you are using a later/more current version of PSP, you may have problems using the plugin. I still use v7 of PSP and it works fine, but I was never able to get the plugin to work with any PSP version after 9.

You can always look at downloading the free graphic editing software Paint.net. You can download a DDS plugin with it on the same site where you get the main Paint.net program. It has an interface similar to Photoshop and should work for designing DDS files.
