hi all...
hey I imported a previous file I made in a different golf game. I got the thing to compile and actually have played it some. There is however a problem I cant quite figure out. I have always used the course perimeter to make my files smaller. The holes out toward this pereimeter, will not fill in as it looks like the panorama invades those holes. The holes in the middle of the course however look very nice. They too had this problem until I optimized the file to death. However, optimizing isnt going to work this time, cause its to the max. Was wondering if there is anything else I can do to get rid of that. Seems to only be the main texture that isnt coming through. I've tried everything I know but that isnt much with this architect. It worked in other archy but looks really tore up in this one.. lol. If anyone would like to take a look at it, I'd be more than willing to send it to ya. Guess maybe i shouldnt use the course perimeter either. Lemme know. I'll let ya know the libraries I'm using also. Thanks for any correspondence.

| I don't really understand the question either but if you're talking about the textures becoming invisible in some areas it's caused by have too high a point count with that particular texture. You'll see that some custom library designs will have duplicate amounts of the same texture in a library. Using these dupicate textures will solve that issue and still have the same appearance on the course. If you're talking about something else maybe show a screen shot of the problem that you've run into. |

you know.. you are right... sorry bout all the topics.. I'll come back to this one later on. I'm gonna work on the one I got started and worry about the imported ones later, and no bro, it wasnt the same file. Was just gettin giddy about turnin one out I guess. I'll keep pluggin away on the one I've started from scratch and worry bout this one later. Thanks for the help though. And Steph, I'll send some screenshots of whats happening when I get back to it. :)
