I had a problem with TW08 and had to reinstall. Now I do an "Analyze Files" and all my stock files are misnamed. Any advice on how to fix? Thanks for any help

Thank you also Gunpower, and TruBluMich; I must have missed the OP of this. Those mis-named or missing libraries have been bugging me for a while now!
