Hi guys,
you should really add an option where users can see a thumbnail or the course logo when browsing the courses lists. this will make it much more appealing and you find courses you have played much better to give comment and ratings.

I believe it is a good idea, we had that option some years ago.
Site owner is creating a new Coursedownloads website design, so maybe the thumbnails will be back. |

| The only problem may be the amount of bandwidth that it would use to display that many graphics to every user every time they hit a course listing. Im sure it is a suggestion that will be taken into consideration. |

| Agreed with the bandwidth overhead, but it sure looks pretty! Some designers put a lot of effort into their splash screens, and they only get seen for a couple of seconds when selecting a course. |

still thinking the bandwidth for tumbs is a drop in the ocean compared to the bandwidth for courses (downloaded around 5 Gigabytes already)....

| Do you have any idea how many visitors we have person month and how much bandwidth we go through? Or how much it costs us to run this site? Your suggestion would be a nice idea, but it will cost us more bandwidth and more money to do it. As it is, very few people donate to keep the site going. So it may be a drop in the ocean to many out there, but to those footing the bill on the server it is much more than that. |
