Just seen an ad for TW09 and at the bottom it says "available in all formats"
er...don't they mean all formats 'other than' PC?

Well, of course you can sue EA Sports!. They're based here in the USA, the most litigious society on the planet. You can sue anyone you like until the judge throws it out for lack of merit. Now, can you SUCCESSFULLY sue EA? Not likely.
