i see 2 new courses in tw 6 with a lot of files from tw 8. are these files going to work and will the course play?

TW2006 courses will work in TW08. The reason those courses were relisted at TW2006 courses is because the architect did not use any TW08 stock libraries on his courses. It does not matter if every other library he used was a TW08 user created library, if at least 1 08 stock library is not used then it cannot be classified as a TW08 course. That is the way we have listed courses on this site since TW2002 came out. I sent the architect a PM about having to use TW08 stock libraries in order for them to be properly classified as TW08 courses. However, those courses should play in TW08 with no problems.

They should also play in TW2006, although there will probably be some differences in lighting of the textures. The 08 libraries will certainly load in TW2006, but may appear darker in the TW2006 game.
