| I am looking for those who play 3-click EXPERT, for online play. I sit and sit in the EASO lobby waiting for 3-click expert, but have few if any takers. I know it's the hardest level and swing type to play at. I feel playing at this level, with this swing type makes it more like the real PGA Tour. Well, are there any of you out there?? If so, please respond to this thread so we can make arrangements to play. I live in North Carolina. Play in the late evenings. |

I play Expert with a edge but also play it free hand if the other players are not using any cheats. To say 3-Click only on Expert is like looking for Snowman in your garden in the summer ?
Your swing type is not more realistic than that of a True swing. If I was you i would set 3click/true-swing & tell the players it's Freehand.You do know that 3 click players cheat just as much as True swing players do ? You will know who plays fair & who does not after 18 holes.

| I have had a couple of PM's from some really great guys. I do play on the PGAX tour as well as the CDT Tour here. I have met up with a few online so far. I really appreciate a few of the new contacts I have made. Wish there was more! |

It's a shame that there are those that cheat to feel like they've accomplished something.
Iv'e tried to join you online before Pooween but you wouldn't switch it to 3/click/true swing. as I use a track ball. I enjoy it a great deal as it gives more of a simulation feel.
Iv'e played on novice and I could tell people were edging even there with true swing.
Yet I would still give someone a chance to play at least once. This is something you haven't done but should try one time.
It's not like your playing for 1000 tokens or anything. in fact- your stats are only counted online playing advanced' with ratings on.
I can shoot between -4 and +12 these days on expert depending on course and conditions-
If I played against someone who shot -18 part of me would think they cheated (but it is possible i guess) another part would just not enjoy playing with someone with unrealistic scores.
anyway- If you ever want to play expert- give a few of us a try that use ts- most of us just like to see green grass and a sunny day- you might be surprised how many people are out there that just enjoy golf. |

Your post sounds to me like I wrote it. Very few xpert matches available. I"m a newbie to ol play but if that's ok with you I'll play. Sometimes I score very well, sometimes the putter goes cold but I always play honest and JUST for the fun. I don't need -20 and a win to be happy. I work from home a few days a week and play in the mid to late PM. Look fwd to hearing from a fellow N Carolinian!! |

| I've played TS-V since 04, and my experience is that there are a lot more folks playing with an edge ( physical, or software) than there are using Speedgear. If Pooh believes that 3-clk is the most realistic of swingtypes, then that's the reality of it for him. That's all that really matters ( and,hey, Chet....... just east of Raleigh , here!). |

| What is Speedgear? It's humbling to read about and not know what this stuff is. I use 3 clk because I still stink @ TS. All my shots go to the right but I'm working on it!! After years of playing TW @ home, I didn't realize how much cheating goes on. I was so uninformed that I would look at a -25 and think, HOW?? Some folks are probably that good but I try to make my experience as "real" as possible. Gimme a shout, I'm eager to shed the newbie tag and get up to par!! (lol) |

| Chet, Speedgear is a program that's used to slow down the entire computer, and so, it slows down the game, making 3-clk a bit easier. Hardly anyone uses it , as it has a very deleterious long-term effect on one's rig. Some TS'ers like to think that the great 3-clkers out there are using Speedgear, or some program like it. The truth is.... they're just very good players..... period. |

| I am not missing out on anyone. I am ALWAYS willing to meet new members of this site and community. I just find that the 3 click method, WITHOUT any slow down software is much tougher than TS. I know TS is about timing as well, but I like to play without any "edging" involved. If this game is all about "FUN"as I have read MANY MANY times in the past...then why are there so many "edgers" out there? Doesn't make any sense to have a need for "edging" if it is just for "FUN". I would hate to see it if we were actually playing for cash...JMO. |

Ahhh, starting to sound like a previous thread about what swing type cheats more or less.
I TS and find it almost impossible to play above intermediate with out cheating, (and not saying
those very few that TS above and beyond Inter. are cheating) is why NO ONE will ever see me playing
above inter.
However, I do recall playing you pooh, in a simple novice game and you disappeared for some reason
and would be interested in resuming that game some day.
That is to say if your not to good for a friendly game of novice. |

| Hi Boze, be assured, that I don't quit. I don't mind playing at any level. I do play on this sites tour at the novice level. But, I also play on the PGAX tour. I really have adapted well to expert play. My score doesn't always reflect it:0)...but I really enjoy the extra added challenge. At work at the moment, I will get up with you later today, via PM. |

| Apologies. I don't mean to sound paranoid and I didn't mean everyone is a cheater. I have met a few really nice folks ol and I am loving the new exp. I'll play honest win, lose or draw and enjoy the fun and meeting new folks. This is SO COOL!!! |
