Hi.... I was going to install windows XP service pack 3, but i received some warnings from EASO teammates, they had problems playing online ( EASO) after installing service pack 3. So they rolled back to service pack 2, and everything is working fine now. I will stay with service pack 2 for a while, i was wondering other people experienced the same problems after installing XP Sp3 ?
Thanks...Pat :) |

I am sure that is mainly my problem when attempting to play the Pgax Tour in the EASO. There is a considerable amount of course render lag online but more frustrating for me is that my swing meter will change speeds during the swing. I am sure that you are aware that even rolling back to SP2 does not entirely get SP3 off your drive. |

I just did a complete re-install of windows and got SP3 for the first time. I played (2) rounds of the PGAX tourny last night with no problems...in fact, it played better than before I re-installed. I'll let you know If I have any problems as I play more.

| I've been using SP3 for the past 3 and a half months with no problems at all. "SP3 contains significant security enhancements, in addition to stability and performance improvements." I'm using Windows XP Home Edition with an Intel Core2 Duo 3Ghz CPU, 2GB of RAM and the 768MB version of the Nvidia GeForce 8800 GTS video card. |

| I would say lag and swing meter problems have nothing to do with SP3,I would check your video card settings in the control panel, some of the new video card drivers set AA at 8x and AF at 8x by default. |

| No problems at all, been using SP3 for months. No option for me to roll back, i remove all my XP update backups once installed. |
