Hi all,

I know there have been discussions here warning not to play when EASO is resetting their servers. I was not playing in any tournaments, and I was not playing on a Tuesday-Wednesday morning, when previous posts say the servers are reset during TUE-WED. I was playing FRI-SAT from 11:15 pm to 2 am.

I was up to 3,300 tickets when I logged on. When I logged on the next day, I was down to 638.

EASO has been researching this issue, and what they discovered is when the Pogo server resets itself, you not only lose your stats, but any tokens you accumulated. Here is support's response to me. As of when this post was made, I have not gotten back my tokens, even though I gave them all the detailed information from my playing logs.

Hello

Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts Customer Support.

Sometimes when games are played late at night, the Pogo server resets itself
and any stats or tokens achieved in the game session are lost.

Regards,
Mike C.

lol, George. I've got some stats I'd love to lose! Well, at least you received a response from support. EA has gotten better about responding. Now if we could only get these issues fixed...

I went back and asked EASO to restore my tokens that were lost, after they said the server resets can cause you to loose tickets. There response is below. Basically, since the tickets do not cost us money, they are not willing to restore them.

As a former programmer, what I think is happening is while we are playing, they are taking a backup, then they do whatever updates or resets, then restoring the database. That is what it looks like, because around 10pm EST, I lost another 210 tickets.

Hello

Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts Customer Support.

We apologize for any tokens that you may have lost. Unfortunately, we are
unable to reimburse you. Tokens are played and awarded in our games at the
user's risk. Fortunately, tokens are not worth real money.

Mike C.

Oh well, no biggie, never actually saw any reason for tokens. I don't even know how many I have or if I have ever lost any.
