Hi,
I have no idea how this happened, but I figured I would share with you so you too may be amused. Ive split this up into two posts, as I have print screens to prove some of what happened.
At the first tee, I was teeing off behind the white picket fences. Then other holes I was teeing off from the rough, and not from a tee box.
It was unusual, being that Ive played this course many times over and never seen these tee positions. That is until I had to tee off on hole #5 from ontop of a camera building.
This post and the one after shows two screen captures of me teeing off from atop the camera tower.
BTW: I bogeyed the hole! |

I was using tournament tees on the LAN during practice for the CDT Tour, but it was not for the St. Andrews course.
I played my four tournament rounds, went to bed.
Played other courses today. No problems.
This was played under the Custom feature, PGA TOUR players, and I never reset anything.
To answer your question, yes, I was using Tournament Tees, but only on the Royal Birkdale course, and only during the weekend.
Wierd, isnt it?

PS: I have played many other rounds since then, and I have not had that problem, including a revisit to St. Andrews! |
