I know I seen how to shut this off somewhere and thought it was here,but for the life of me I cant find it now. If anyone knows how to shut it off or could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it. Thanks

Hi....
On desktop go to shortcut of TW08 game:
Right click the shortcut......choose properties and change target from:
C:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 08\bin\TW2008.exe
TO:
C:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 08\bin\TW2008.exe /NOINTRO
The file path has to be enclosed in quotes and there has to be a space between the second quote mark and the /NOINTRO. |

I change this in the target box and it then says the target dosen't exist. What am I doing wrong?
That sounds right to me. If you change the target and the target doesn't exist, then how will the shortcut see it.

TO:
{quotes}C:\Program Files (;x86)\EA SPORTS\Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 08\bin\TW2008.exe{quotes}{space}/NOINTRO
quotes not displaying so added them in squiggle brackets
from your compatibility topic - youre using vista 64 - so see where the program is installed and adjust shortcut accordingly |

I've given up on my laptop with Vista 64 on it. It didn't have a good video card in it. I switched to my desktop with windowsXP and a good video card. I'm able to use TW08 with any course that I want to.
What would the shortcut point to and how would it change from Win7? |

{quotes}C:\Program Files \EA SPORTS\Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 08\bin\TW2008.exe{quotes}{space}/NOINTRO
easiest is go to where the program is located, right click on the TW2008.exe file in the \bin folder and select: Send to - desktop as shortcut
if there isnt already a shortcut on the desktop
once you have the desktop shortcut, right click on it, select Properties
then select the Shortcut tab
then in the top section: Target
simply scroll to the end, after the {quotes}, add a space, then add /NOINTRO
and save |
