well i started with my favorite clubs and all attributes at 100 except for power. I had power at 75 and increased it one by one until i got to 88 and distances were close by like 2-3 yards to online distances. So then I messed with the different golf balls and bridgestone b330s made the irons and wedge distances the same. Trouble was driver was like 20 yrds longer at around 316. Online driver is 302 for novice...etc., so i went with Standard EA driver and it was right on. You just cant use any of the EA sports gold, silver ...etc editions. They increase yardage. The only club that isnt the same as online is the LW. It stays at 85 but online its 90. I have been experimenting with different setups for awhile and finally nailed it. So now you can mulligan the hell out of your game to learn the perfect shot for each hole, especially on expert. You will see your scores drop dramatically.

funny, always thought a proplayer offline and online were the same - 75%, gives same yardages on the same course

besides - different courses will give you different yardages, try a few stock courses vs custom courses, youll see the caddy yardages change

nope offline play at 75% is different..

Woods hit longer (D9 = 310 offline and 302 online)
(W3, W4 and W5 are on average 8 yards longer from the tee and fairways)

interestingly though when you come down the bag and use shorter irons/wedges online/lan play clubs actually hit further
