If its a very large file, sending it via email might be cumbersome. Theres a little trick that will allow you to use gmail as a file server, comes in very handy for large files........ heres link to instructions .........http://www.engadget.com/2005/03/01/how-to-use-your-gmail-account-as-a-personal-file-server/
