Im sure I already replied to this question once and moved it to the tour forum where it belongs, the answer is no it isnt why do you think it is?

All handicaps have been adjusted to reflect players known abilities and a calculation has beed added to the formula to bring the scores more in line with what they might be for real as opposed to having -50 plus scores, all tour members were informed that this was going to happen via the tour main page news and in the tour forum.
