Hey guys... I am trying to determine which courses are the best for VERY VERY Dry greens. Best meaning the ones that play insane. Where there is a ton of undulation and nasty breaks.

Thanks in advance!

I was unaware of a Very Very Dry green setting within the game. Just Very Dry, Are you a glutton for punishment or what? lol Anyway, a course that comes to mind immediately for me is Ken McHales 08 version of Augusta. If that one doesnt thrill you enough, there are a number of other ones that I or other members of this forum would only be too happy to suggest to you.

I would suggest trying any of the courses by the PGAX Design Team. Those courses are designed for the PGAX expert tour that plays only on very dry greens.

2 of my designs, Sumter National 08 and Lansing Golf Club both have pretty severe greens, while being playable on very dry, at least in my opinion lol.

2 Very nice courses man! I love the greens on both. Keep up the great work. I just long for the days of Links386 and a course called Devils Island :D

The greens were insane, but we loved them. Actually the entire course was brutal. Brutal = Good to me.

Thanks for the feedback people.

Just thought of one that might really wet your appetite. Eppies Wolf Ridge Canyon 08 might have you muttering to yourself for awhile.

If you want the ULTIMATE very very dry greens experience...play the PGAX Augusta version, which has been mentioned, BUT play it in the expert mode. The tougher the level...the faster the greens get, in very dry. Novice very dry, is NOTHING compared to expert very dry, I know, I play on the PGAX tour. You will be scratchin your head. Another course to play is last years release of Oakmont. With the slopes of those greens, itll be like puttin on ice.
