March 8 2008 To all Members and Friends
I havent been around here for a long time, and tonight, i decided to just come on here and let everyone know whats going on. The last 6 months of my life have been horrible, with personal issues and now health issues. Last month i was diagnosed in my right kidney with glomerulnephritis, its a kidney failure disease. To make matters worse, on New years day i broke 4 ribs and damaged my sternum and tore my left kidney, so both kidneys have problems now. I have been receiving treatments twice a week and havent been responding well to them. Yesterday, i found out the results of my last blood test, it shows my blood glucose levels are very high, which means my sugar level is very high and that means i have diabetes. This is probably to blame for my disease, as diabetes causes kidney failure. If my body doesnt start to respond to my treatments, it looks as my next option is dialysis every 3 days for probably the rest of my life. I may then need to have a kidney transplant, that i am not looking forward to and not going to think about right now. I tend to keep things to myself, and i thought it was time to let you guys know i havent dissappeared, im just dealing with so much stress, its the hardest time ive ever had in my life right now, and it just seems to keep getting worse. Ive lost 60 pounds in the last 3 months, i know its because of the stress. I have tried calling those i have numbers too, i have spoken with Steelman, Huge Al, Bogster and Higgy on the phone so far, the rest i couldnt get ahold of. The details of what happened on Jan 1 i told them, but that is something i want them to keep between me and them only, the rest i dont mind if they tell you. Later today, i go for my dialysis, im hoping my body doesnt react like it has, i dont know what id do if it goes any furthur then it has. Take care everyone, i will try to let those guys know if anything more happens, or i will try to post here again. Ive got emails from some, and i did try to respond, but i wasnt into it and just couldnt get the energy to do it, im sorry if that offended anyone, i just had so much to deal with i couldnt even type a paragraph without feeling frustrated.

I dont really know you, but I want to express my condolences to you. I wish you the very best, and please if possible, keep us posted on your progress. If it means anything, my grandmother always had a saying that she used to say during the trying times she had in her life, that saying was...Its always darkest before dawn. I wish you the very best and hope everything works out for you. Just always tell yourself, take it ONE day at a time.

Today i had my treatments, and again, my body reacted badly again, it was very painful and i almost passed out like i did before. I dont know where this is going right now, i wasnt told anything new. They want to continue these treatments thru next week still to give time for the new medication to work properly. Im by myself on this one, im dealing with this and have no one around me. Im not going to lie, im pretty scared about everything. Being only 36, and facing the possiblity of not living the life im used to, it doesnt make each new day welcome like before.
