Hi,
Im new on here today and would like some info pls. Does any1 no if there is a limit to the custom courses that u can load onto the TW08 game. I downloaded Wentworth, Royal Troon and Augusta - Wentworth went on okay, Royal Troon went on as a custom course but tho Augusta is showing on the courses and the libraries on the game files, it isnt coming up on the game itself. Has any1 got any ideas why I cant play this course though the files are all there???

There is a space at the end of the file path that needs to be deleted.
select Augusta from the list and then click on properties the file path will look similare to this.
C:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 08\Courses\Augusta 2008 \Augusta 2008.tcr
delete the space after Augusta 2008:
C:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 08\Courses\Augusta 2008\Augusta 2008.tcr |

When I try to download a new course, I get a message that I have a 5 MB zip limit without a donation. But even courses whose posted size is less than 5 MB do not work...Wooden Sticks e.g... Why not?

Its probably the create my zip file thats not an option if you have not made a Donation, keep your TW2008Caddie synced, as you build up the ammount of custom course installed, the amount of Lybraries required reduces, then you can just download the file require for a new course ie: the files with a red +next to them, individually.

Hi...
Yes in the Creatmyzip is not only the course included, but also the required libraries are included.
So when the course is smaller then 5mb, it is possible the CreateMyzipfile is bigger because there are also libraries included.
However it is still possible to download and install all courses without the Create Myzip feature:
You will have to download the required libraries separate (; without the myzip feature ).
Go to the course that you want to download.....on right side you will see a list of required libraries.
The libraries with a red X are libraries you didn t download before. Click one a library (;librarytext) with a red X, and download it to a location on your PC, for example download it to a folder on your desktop. Do the same for allother libraries that are marked with red X.
After that on your desktop open TWCaddie08....and choose: Install
On next popup screen you will have to browse to the downloaded libraries zipfiles. When you found one dubble click it and TWCaddie08 will install it in
TW08. Do this with all libraries you downloaded separate.
After that on the coursedownloads page, left side you will see the course download link: Coursedownload.net
Dubble click it, and download the coursefile to your pc, and also install it with TWCAddie08, same way as you installed the libraries |
