For those that dont know, which probably isnt many. I didnt know myself but got the answer elsewhere. If you have TW07 you can get the stock library there.

You have to manually extract the libs from 07 to play a few of the custom 08 courses. The Witch 2008, Mighty Mississippi, and there may be a few more.
