Hello all,
I wanted to start an offline PGA career, but I wanted to add all the great user made courses Ive d-loaded to the events list.
I remember being able to do this in TW 06, but I think I had to use a career editor utility in order to accomplish the task. Does anyone know of one for 08 version? |

I was able to use the 06 version for 07 with no problems, just have to have the same courses installed on both versions(though you can get away with not installing all the libraries for the courses in your 06 version, it just looks for the course when making the file with career editor).
I am thinking of giving in earlier this time just for Coeur d`Alene and a few other new 08 courses.
My question was, has anyone tried making a tour for TW08 using the 06 editor yet? I assume since the game seems almost the same every year, if you follow the same guidelines it may be possible. |

| Yes, I have tried this. I could not get it to work. When you did this in 07, a dialog box came up when you created a new player asking you if you wanted to select the custom season file. This dialog does not appear in 08. I spent many hours trying to get this to work through many creative ways and was unsuccessful. |

Thanks for the reply on this Hiker Bob. Thats sad news for me,looks like I will stick with 07 since I prefer my season to be as close to the actual PGA tour as possible.
Maybe later on I may give in for some of the new courses in the game and created by the community. Too bad the 08 version of Coeur d`Alene uses 2 stock 08 libraries or I could play it on my 07. |

Hi.
until today there's no Career Editor for Tiger Woods 2008???
I'm dissapointed with EA Sports. Including that they don´t make more games for PC.
Is a EA Sports problem that they don´t want people to use the game more than one year, and then to buy the new one?
I usually change Tiger every 2 years. And It's a shame that there´s no Career Editor for 08.
No genius arround here would be able to make one that works for 08?? Couse everything you made like courses, utilitis, tools etc. ARE AWSOME!!
