i have all the pga 2000 courses on discs, but cant open course manager on windows vista. will clsetup work? also on older tiger woods games with same problem. if not do you know another sight where i can download pga 2000 courses?

CLSetup is only for TW and each version is specific for a particular years game (ie CLSetup07 will only work for installing courses into TW07, CLSetup06 into TW2006, etc.).
