Hey there , i was wondering if anyone could give me any info on making it possible to play 04 courses in TigerWoods08? Was wondering if maybe u would have to convert the 04 course into a different type of file or something to make it playable or if this is just not possible.

All course files from 2002 through 2008 are in the same format, TCR. There is no conversion that needs to be done. All older courses will INSTALL into later games. However with that said, that does not mean that they will play. Changes in the graphics and lighting in the game in recent years have made older courses unplayable later games. It has been my experience that you will not be able to get any older courses from around 2005 to load properly in 2007 or 2008. Courses from 2006 will not look right in 2008 because of lighting changes and changes that make panoramas from older courses not show up properly.

My advice to you would be to stick to 2007 and 2008 courses for TW08. If you want to play 04 courses, find a cheap copy of TW2004 and install it.

How about if I have a copy of 06? How much trouble will I have running courses from 2002? Or 2003?
