| I checked the temperature of my graphics card, just after playing 9 holes. Its at 126 F. Why would it be running at such a high temp.?? |

why do you think thats a high temp? (= 52C) that sounds like a fairly normal temp, depending on the card gpus tend to run hotter than cpus
check the manufacturers site or use google to find some temp info about the card
increase case ventilation, fans etc if you can but that doesnt sound like a problem temp to me
giga MB = 50C, CPU = 52C nvidia card, gpu = 52-54C
variety of software to check/monitor temps depending what sensors your system has SIW (System Information for Windows) is freeware/donateware http://www.gtopala.com/
similar to AIDA32 or Everest/Lavalys - both of which are still available for free http://oldapps.com/ |

| I remember not to long ago, I checked the temp. after playing for 3 straight hours, it was only 65 degrees F. Its almost double that now. That is what I was alarmed about. |

id keep an eye on it then its normal to rise when using the card a lot - ie intensive graphics during games, mine might fluctuate 5C or so but will cool back down again within 5-10 minutes of going back to normal use
but double might be an indication something isnt right
