I dont know if this has been discussed, but I have had one more time with this 08 version. I have done eveything, I think to get the courses dled. I get this message on my desktop that says...To open this file, Windows needs to know what program created it. The CL Setup Properties, that is. It says I can do an online search, or choose one. I have, but that didnt helping me much. I need some help from you smarter guys out there. Can anyone help me? Thanks!

You could try contacting wherever you got the program from.

I think you downloaded a .rar file: to open rar files you will need Winrar.
You can download winrar on link below:

http://www.soft82.com/download/Windows/WinRAR

When you downloaded / installed winrar you should be able to open the file.
