i know you can move and delete out of the libraries, but dont know how to install from one to the other.

hi Tom when you are using CLsetup, read link below:

When using Courseutilities

Open courseutilities08....and in middle dubble click: Install.
on left side you will have to browse to TW07game....courses....
And inside courses folder you will have to find all stock courses ( read also link above for CLsetup)
Inside each stock folder you can find stock library (.TCL) of that course.

Now on the right side you will have to browse for TW08 game.

When you did: on left side select stock library (.TCL).......and in middle of screen hit: INSTALL...and the library will be installed to location on the right side ( TW08).
