I have set up my career editor and the season is set for my first year in TW07.
My question is for anyone who has experience using the career editor. Can you actaully run into the next year and change just the majors scheduled as far as what course u play that year(well just the 3 i guess)?
I have not completed a year so not sure how it turns over, if at all. The career editor manual says u cant edit your season or it may crash if u try to go past the first season, so i assumed there may be a possibility of going on. However, i would like to change the opens and pga championship and keep just one created golfer.
So is there a chance i can do this? Or does palying a 2nd year mean editing the gcf file and making a new golfer again every year?

Well i see i got some views, so for those who may have wondered the same thing i can say that its not possible. I tried several different methods and points of the season to try the edit but it just didnt work out.
Not that its that big a deal to just edit the majors and start a new season. It just would have been nice to keep the same golfer and stats over a long career.
Of course i will still check back for any late advice, just thought i pass on the info for those who may have not tried. |
