| Hi all can anyone help me please, my PW and LW keep giving me different readings, one minute it says 0 as distance then it goes way over, yet if I select a driver or a club and go back to either of these they revert back ? also I am finding the yardages to the pins seems way off, sometimes I am hitting 20 - 30 yds over and still miss or goes short ? |

| The yardage to the pins do not take into consideration the wind or change in elevation, you must do that yourself by selecting a club that hit the ball the right distance to counter react the wind and or change in elevation. |

| Hi Eagle, yes all that has been taken into consideration, unlike 07 it doesnt seem to be as accurate in 08, still having to hit it way over. |

A known bug :(
If you just move the slider back or forth or it is switch clubs then come back to the club you want, it will correct itself.
Its one of those :) |

Thanks Maggie, any reason for such a big difference in the yardage ? not so bad driving off, but when it comes to aiming for the pin, yardage given, taking into wind, uphill to pin or downhill, it is just so way off. I have tried using the E key, showed ok for green and near to pin and ....plop.. way short either into a bunker or water :( |

| I just think it is a bug Karen :( In 05 or 06 there were certain textures that would screw with yardage, maybe EA is having the issue now... who knows... |

| Karen , Ive noticed this especially with regard to SW in greenside bunkers. If you switch to LW, and then back to SW, the correct yardage for SW will now be dislplayed, ... so what Maggie says is true. Who knows why?. It is what it is. |
