I just downloaded a few of the custom characters, and found an interesting fact. Legend players come with an additional file, a .dds file. after reading the special instructions, I learned that you place the .DDS file in the following location:

program files/easports/tw08/data/players

I just hope this helps others install these characters a bit easier than I did.
