Please can someone enlighten me on how to install courses into TW08 as there is no course utility program available to use.

hey ron,
I downloaded that course utilities file and it seemed to have worked.the course shows up on the course utilities as if it is installed and also in the game menu but it shows up with no icon like the stock courses in tw08 and when u clik on it
it says COULD NOT OPEN COURSE TEXT FILE. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE COURSE DISC IS insertED. If anyone can help me i think i am very close to playing customs in tw08.

Hi....
Open course utilities....and on left side dubble click course name.
Now you will see new screen where you can browse for:
Course picture: (Splash.tga)
Course logo: (logo.dds)
txt file: (txt)
It the three boxes you will have to browse for: Splash.......logo......and : txt. (you can find files in downloaded course file ).
When you added Splash+logo+txt file...you are ready to play the course. |

csxen,
you should be able to play your custom game, what you see, in the
space below splash screen is where TW08 puts text files, if the custom course does
have a text file, you get that statement. You can make your own text files and put them in course folder
with notepad and use CU with the text box to put them in TW08.
