Is there any way I can slow down the refresh rate on the Shout Box. When I log onto the site I always check and when I am reading the posts from the bottom, after reading about 5 or 6 words it goes back to the top again.

Only way at the moment is to log out of the site to disable the shoutbox but I will look at ways to give members some control over the refreshing of it.
