Its almost time for TW 08 so i figured this was a great time to look back at the last couple of release for TW and rate them, as I see it. Any and all comments welcome.

6- 2002 Hard for me to really judge this game only had it for a short time before 03 came out.

5 - 2007 This was a really tough year to judge, there were good points and bad points. the good, points
better over all look to the game ie graphics and lighting. Now the bad, no CA was a huge
disappointment and a patch that took forever to come out. So the bad points put this game at #5
for me.

4 - 2003 This was the year I really started to see what this game was about, and realizing it was
more than just shooting super low scores. That being said, this version just comes up
a bit short in some areas, such as game play and overall look.

3- 2005 This version was a bit of a let down as far as customization went, no more new shirts and
pants, but this is not the end all be all of this game. No C/E really bothered me on this
version. The course on this version are by far the most interesting for any year , and the game
play was a step up from 04.

2- 2004 What can I say just a great year for the TW series , maybe the best year for courses ever! My first
crack at a C/E. If I am correct this was the first year for gameface. This was the first year i really
got into custom courses , Kens 04 Augusta forever changed the game for me.

1- 2006 This was a tough call for me. I have 2 versions of this game on my hard drive 04 and 06, but the
the fact the 04 courses ported overs so well in 06 made this year the winner for me. This version
had it all for me a C/E , great custom that ran smoothly, a big plus.

- online play was something that didnt figure in ,its just not that important to me-

Let me say this before i get ripped , i know i probably missed some key points in certain years,
for that i am sorry. This whole peace is based on my feeling of this series. One thing i can say for sure is , that
I have gotten many hours of enjoyment out of this game. I get bored with it for short periods of time but no other
game keeps me coming back. Never did i think that i would play this game for so long and for so many years. One last note a giant thanks to all the people who run this site , your work does not go unnoticed , thanks again.

Well I think there is more to the game than how it runs. Its more about the people who play it than it is how it looks.................If someone doesnt like what I am about to say then too bad.

Tw2002 = Very like advanced of today but much, much tougher. from a social point of view it was fantastic because everyone played what we would call expert now. There was no novice or intermediate to speak off and we were one big happy family. Guy called Nocitstiff and Wolfontees ruled the roost back then but never refused anyone a game that I can recall. Cases Ladder was on the go then and it was extremely competitive along with tours run by people like the guys on this site. You couldnt pick your own course and set it up then. You would have been hounded out the game. The server remained open for a long time after 2003 came out. Lot of good mates back then and some still playing today.

TW2003 What a joke that was.....beyond a doubt the easiest vesrion I ever played.
I started lated and Played under the name of The Mighty Arkle.....Our Robh from this site was running competitions with all the top players. I won several competitions against the best around.......4 rounds I think I won by 25 shots. Totally unfair to 3 clicke

so thats my least favorite, then 08, then 07, then 06. 06 is so way better then the others i got, thats my opinion
