| When I play stock courses from 04 on 07 I get a little problem, orr a big problem really. When I get close to some of the trees on courses like Couer d alene 04 they ALTER sometimes in a good way, sometimes in a bad way. The 07 game makes the trees 3-d instead of flat, but then sometimes it makes the tree have a radius of over 100 yds. with the top hitting the ceiling of the hemisphere surrounding the golf course. The trees shadow is also projected across the entire hole making it look really bad. Any direct settings that would turn off these affects so I can enjoy what little remains of an 04 course on 07. |

Hi...
Older courses not always working with TW07 game.
But you can try to turn off: Atmospheric lighting
Start TW07...go to options...graphics....manual settings...and try to turn off Atmospheric lighting. |

| This is an issue that occurs frequently when trying to play the older custom courses in TW07. As you probably know, in TW07 they went to a new texture and lighting method when creating the 07 game. I am only guessing, but I strongly suspect that this is the reasonn for a lot of the graphic abnormalities that occur when trying to play the older, especially 03 and 04 courses in the 07 platform. |

To get rid of huge trees on 04 stocks in 07 just turn tree detail distance to off, it fixes the problem.
