| It has been sometime since I have used the Career Editor in 06. I have read the Pdf tutorial over and over again, and for some reason the game will not recognize my newly created calendar. I created the new calendar directly from the Editor in the 06 Bin folder. After completing the calendar I clicked the Save Button. I then went into the 06 game, created and edited a new Pro player. After telling it OK, I did not get the prompt that the game had detected a new calendar and if I wanted to use it. Going into the PGA Tournament section, the old calendar that I used with a different player is still visible. Anybody have any ideas? I got it to work last year when I created a new Tour Calendar. I have no idea why it wont work now. |

I cant remember its been so long but arent you supposed to create an AMATEUR golfer to use for a custom season? Just guessing but I thought it was supposed to be an amateur. Sorry in advance if Im wrong.

Actually I was wrong. Fired up 06 again. It should be a Pro Golfer not an amateur like I said originally. If youve created a custom season, then after you add his name, itll say a Custom season has been detected (or something like that) and will ask if you want this golfer to use this season. Thats when you should say yes or no.
Sorry for the original bad info. Dont know what it could be sorry. |

| You are right, once you create a new Pro player in the facemaker section of the game and click OK, you should receive the message regarding the new calendar detection. The problem is, I am not receiving that message after creating the new player. |
