You are probably running out of disk space. Look for old, unused programs/demos etc and uninstall them. Backup to CD/DVD or other HD any stuff you do not need to keep on the hard drive. Also look for installed courses that you do not play anymore and uninstall them too. If you have enough space free after that try a defrag of the drive.

Also, adding more real memory may help this problem.
