Hi bro.... Course life system (CLS) is system to add candy in the game: birds...squirrels....butterflies....golf bags...and other stuff. When you start TW07 game and go to: Options.....Graphics....and you set option: Course life system to: HIGH,...... you should see course life system candy in your game.
Note: not all designers are using CLS system in their custom course, so in some courses you will see there is no candy added..... |

Now his makes me wonder something interesting.....
For those of us who delete the CLS folder when installing courses, in the game should we then set the Course Life System to Low or Off? (Cant remember if theres an off but I assume its low) I suppose it doesnt matter what its set to if you delete the folder outright but maybe if its set to high in the game and there is no CLS folder, maybe that creates some confusion or lag to the game because its looking for it somehow behind the scenes?
Not a problem as I dont lag hardly at all, but your response just made me wonder thats all. |

| It should make no difference if it is not there, it is like removing the lens occlusion folder. |

Curious about this lens occlusion folder. Where exactly is that located and can I delete it and its entire contents? Or just certain files in it?
I cant seem to find it. Sorry if I hijacked this thread but this will be the last q. Very interesting.... |

I think I must have removed mine long ago, because I dont see it there. I know that I did something to get rid of the lens flare. I assume that the lens flare is suppose to represent the effect of a camera looking towards the sun, but it seemed to me that they way overdid it, it was more like looking into a nuclear reactor. lol |

Thanks Carn! Giving it a shot now. Im with Eagls on the nuclear reactor comment. Its just way overdone and terrible looking. I keep thinking its like putting a magnifying glass in the sun like when we were kids and burned our initials on our baseball gloves. I keep waiting for my screen to burst into flames. |
