I have downloaded the library bigspanish bay 07, but when i try to install it through the CSLSetup it tells me it cant install because the read-me attribute is turned on. Can anyone help me please?

Just downloaded it and installed no problems, sounds like it could be something to do with permissions on the directory that you downloaded it to.

Im guessing you should rt click on the file and go to properties. If the read only box is checked, then just uncheck it, apply and close.
