Im sorry if I missed this somewhere else in the forum. I just uploaded my first course and it says that it is a TW2K7 course but I only have TW2K6 so it really should be for 2K6, does that matter? I dont recall anywhere during the steps that it asks me to select what version of the game it is for.

Thanks for your help.

You will have problems trying to play 2007 courses on 2006, generally speaking custom courses are backwards compatible providing you have all the previous years stock libraries installed.

Rob,
Thanks. Understand. I figured out what I did wrong. On the main page where you start uploading the files I did not notice that I was under the 2K7 (the default). I started the upload process all over again and saw that I could select 2K6 as the game and that is what I am doing so that it registers as a 2K6 game. Hopefully the 2K7 players can play it as a 2K7 game and the 2K6ers can play it as a 2K6 game.

ROBkh,
I am having another problem that I wonder if you might know what I can do. I see that I uploaded the course Darkwood Valley as a 2K7 course when I should have uploaded it as a 2K6 course. I have now gone into the main page to upload it as a 2K6 course and it tells me that the course name already exists. So I changed the name of the Course to Darkwood Valley 2K6 and began the upload process. I got as far as uploading it but then the progress bar never moved and nothing happened on my end. I assumed it did not go so I canceled the window. I believed there to be a comms issue so I waited and then tried again but now it tells me that the Darkwood Valley 2K6 course name is already in use. So should I assume that it made it up for review? I did not get any kind of notification on the web page that it had made it up. I dont want to flood the course manager with 3-4 versions of the course.

Thanks.

All fixed, Darkwood Valley is now available as a 2k6 course.
