I hope this is the correct place for this post. Hopefully someone can answer my question.

When I download a Course I, like everyone, get a list of the libraries required. There are ticks by those I already have installed and crosses by those I need to download.

I am not sure why but there are 5 or 6 libraries that are always shown and being required even though I have had them installed for quite a long time, they are rejected if I try to reinstall them, yet they still show as required the next time they are needed.

Any idea why this happens please.

Next time you see the libraries you already have with a cross next to them, just click on the cross and this will be rectified.
