| Turn off your caps and part with a little more information, like game year, year of courses you downloaded, PC specs especially video card and it may be possible to have an educated guess at what your problem is. |

Nick i checked fashs pc on gateways site and he has an intel motherboard with built in graphics si according to other posts here this is a problem he does have PCI-Express slots so may be able to diasable onboard graphics and fit new card.
