Hey guys, this is Michael Babybull Conner. Some of you may remember me, or at least I hope somebody out there does. I havent released a course for at least 4 years, but I am trying to make a re-entry into the world of golf course design. However, I am running into some problems. First off, can somebody email me with some information about the newest course designing program used by most designers. Most of the sites that I visited back in the day are not up anymore. My email is mc22catch@hotmail.com and any info on the world of modern computer golf course design would be very helpful. When I was making my exodus from online design, the Tiger Woods course designer was a totally new thing. So that may give you an idea of how behind the times I am. The next problem I am running into is my ignorance on what kind of specs I need my computer to be up to, to actually run the newest designer at a reasonable rate. My 128mgs of ram can barely handle a PGA2000 course with objects and elevations. This leads me to believe that the newer design program requires a lot more than 128mgs of ram. Anyway, I love this stuff and Im glad to see that there is still some life for golf course design online. I just hope there is the same sense of community that I grew to know and love during my JN5,GBC and PGA2000 years. Also, I dont have access to the internet everyday. So if it takes me a few days to reply to your email, please dont think your email fell on deaf eyes. Ha!

Peace Out!!

Hi...
You need Course Architect to create courses.
EAsports didnt release Course architect for TW07, but people are creating TW07 courses with course architect06.
You can download course architect 06 on this site.
On top of home page you will see: Utilities.... select game: Tiger woods 2006...and click: Go.......inside choose: course design tools...and you will see course architect 06.
Important: You have to install tiger woods 2006 game before you can download and install Course architect 2006.

Some good help on link below:
select and copy link below....and paste in your browser:

http://www.smilioats.com/tutorials.html

There is also tutorial on EAsports FTP link below:

Wow, that was quick. Thank you for the help. I feel dumb because at one time I was totally on top of this design stuff, but then life spun out of control. Now that I have regained a little control Im trying to put the pieces back together. Starting with a little help from you guys. Thanks again.

Peace Out!!
