Hi

Im currently experiencing several errors with TW 2006. The thing is, these errors have appeared suddenly, they have worked before.

First, when Im making a bunker shot, the interface doesnt change the shot distance when I move the slider from pick to blast. Neither will the shot target change, but the distance when you actually hit the ball does of course change quite a bit.

Second, I suddenly dont gain any attributes with my pro golfer when winning tournaments. I have gained attributes for a single won tournament, but for the rest Ive got nothing.

Anybody has experienced these problems. Any fix?

Edit: In any case, if a fix is not possible Im thinking about reinstalling. Can I keep my current career and all my custom courses if I reinstall?

Hi artur....
Yes you can save career and custom courses+libraries.
1.On desktop you will see: My documents folder. Inside My documents folder you will see folder: Tiger Woods PGA Tour 06 . Copy Tiger woods PGA folder to desktop.
2. Copy courses and libraries folder to desktop. you will find folders on this locations ( default locations):
C:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 06\Courses
C:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 06\libraries
3. Click start(start button on desktop).....click Run....and type: Regedit.
browse to : H Key_Local_Machine\software\EA sports\Tiger Woods PGA Tour 06.
Inside you will see folder entries: Courses and libraries.Right click on courses and select Export.
Now choose: Save as a registry file (name it something like courses.reg). Do the same for Libraries folder.
Remember where you saved files to.
4. Now you can uninstall TW06.
5. Install TW06.
6. Restore your saved Tiger Woods PGA Tour 06 folder into My documents.
7. Restore your saved Courses folder+libraries folder. Important: Must be in exact same location as you had folders before.
8. Dubble click on the Courses.reg file you created and registry will be restored.
9. Dubble click on the Libraries.reg file you created and registry will be restored
