Is there an easy way to do a global uncheck of downloads for a user-id? I like to start over each year with a clean slate and dont want to manually uncheck every library and course that I have installed for the year.

On the menu to the left select my control panel and from the options select Re-Sync downloads, this may take a minute or 2 and when its finished select libraries and do the same and that will clear all of your download history.
