I dont know the reason why but when I play MP (LAN and ONLINE) my power is less, i.e. with driver offline distance is 290 m, when online it drops to 264 m and so all the other clubs... can you explain me, please?

Because when you play online, the levels for everything are locked at 75%. That way all players are on an equal playing field. That was done on purpose so everyone comes in with the same skill set.
