Hello we have course architect 06 ( and manual ) on Coursedownloads site:

http://coursedownloads.com/extras/category.asp?id=7&gameid=8

Note: to install and use Course architect06 you need to install TW06 game first.
And when you want to compile your designed courses then you need windows xp

You can design a course on windows 7...8...10, but when you have to compile your course then you have to do it on xp.
Note: compiling is required to create a coursefile ( .tcr ) that will work in TW08.
compiling a full designed course will only work on windows xp.
When you try to compile a full designed course on windows 7...8...10, then the course architect will crash because of memory problems.

I do have an extra laptop not being used.. Originally win 7 it wonder if an wp ico would install?

downgrading should not be a problem... But of course I'd do a clean install by deleting all the partitions in custom install

Got everything in and working now... Even got TW06 working with no CD ;-) and truth is I like the interface of TW06 more that 08... If the graphics where as good as 08 I would rather play 06.. Any how my question is

Which version of XP do I need?

Going to try emulating XP on win 10
https://www.techworm.net/2024/04/windows-xp-emulator-windows-10.html

And have the option for 32bit or 64bit...
Since I have win 10 64 I'm guessing to get the 64 version but can 64 bit compile the course? or dose it really madder? I'm guessing 32bit cuz the game is 32bit

I think people were using xp 32 bit with Course architect 06, not sure it works on 64 bit.
I think most people used Xp service pack 3.
